Walsall will be looking to extend their impressive start to the season as they host Leyton Orient tonight.

The Saddlers go into the game on the back of two consecutive wins, having lost just once in their previous eight league games.

Tonight's visit of the Londoners will also see George Bowerman look to extend his own personal hot streak - the front man has scored four in his last three games.

Saddlers boss Dean Smith - who counts Orient amongst his former clubs - this week told the club's official website,, that both players and fans have a part to play in maintaining the feel good factor.

"My players have set some high standards already this season and we know that we will have to reach them if we are to get the result that we all desire (against Orient)."

He continued: "The backing that we received from our supporters on Saturday was, once more, outstanding and I look forward to having you all right behind us on Tuesday evening and in the home games that follow this week."

Kick-off tonight is at 7.45pm.
