Poundland still under fire after poppy U-turn

Although they have now agreed to let staff wear poppies on their uniforms this November, Willenhall-based Poundland is facing a backlash over it's initial ruling.

The story came about after a member of staff was forced to remove her poppy by store bosses, triggering a huge wave of anger on the internet.

'Hang your head in shame Poundland' was the message being posted on social networking sites this weekend, until bosses decided to reverse their decision.
