Walsall students will be hoping that they have cause for celebration
18 year-olds in Walsall and across the country will find out their fate on Thursday morning, as schools open their doors for the traditional results day.
A week later, on August 23, GCSE pupils will also learn their results.
A-level results day is the annual trigger for students to either confirm their university places, or go through the process known as 'clearing' which helps to match students to courses.
Information on results day, and what to do next, is available from the UCAS website, at www.ucas.com.
