Mantom will be looking to help reverse the Saddlers' recent fortunes
The talented Albion youngster returns to the club after making a huge impression during his first loan spell at the Banks's last season.
The 22 year-old will be looking to help the Saddlers turn around their recent form, which has seen them go nine games without a win.
Manager Dean Smith is delighted to have Mantom available again. He told the club's official website: "Sam is a player that we know very well.
"He had a really successful time with the club last season and I am delighted that we have been able to bring him back here.
"He will strengthen us and bring added quality to the midfield; he's a good passer of the ball who knows our style of play and will fit into what we are trying to achieve here extremely well," Smith told www.saddlers.co.uk.
