Free HIV checks are available

A SERIES of walk-in clinics are to be held across the borough next week to coincide with National HIV Awareness Week.

Free and confidential walk-in testing will be held at both the Wisemore and Green Lane campuses of Walsall College on Monday, November 26, and Wednesday, November 28 between 9am-5pm. The Hatherton Centre in Hatherton Street will be carrying out testing from Monday to Friday (Nov 26-30) from 9am-5pm, and on Saturday, December 1.

Walsall Sexual Health Clinic, in Pleck Road, will be open all week days between 9am and 5pm. Those who cannot attend on a weekday can get tested at The Lion Bar and Club in Birchills Street on Saturday, December 1, between 9am and midday.
